Hello fellow forum members,

I'm thinking of wanting to start with gaming again. I did do gaming in my working game before, but did stop with it for a while. And I did remove all my stuff related to it, because I was thinking on doing it never again. But, now I'm some time without it. I'm starting to miss it. I think you can say that it was actually my way to calm down. And that I came through the working week until the weekend in order to be able to do the things that I didn't have time for or during the week. My question would be, do you have any experiences with this to? Do you have any tips or tricks?
Hoping you guys can give me a hand in this topic.

Perhaps you could be more specific as to what type of gaming you mean? I do a few types myself as I am sure some others might as well, and they are approached in different ways.

I'm wanting to play Warthunder and realistic games about World War II. Because I want to play with the Tiger and Panther tanks for example. Or to be in the shoes off the Germans in World War II.

Okay, well I pretty much only play PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds these days, but I did play Battlefield 3 and 4 while modeling and also World of Tanks. However, I have only been playing PUBG for the past year plus. There is really no reason to not play games AND build models; like anything else it depends on the time and resources you can devote to it.

The only reason I'm not playing Battlefield V right now is because I have issues with the accuracy with which the WWII setting is portrayed and also with the attitude of the developers during the game's production and release.

And I asked to specify games as I also play collectible card games like Magic the Gathering and play tabletop/strategic games as well.

I think hobbies come & go and sometimes even become an annoyance to other things which we must deal with in day to day life.

if you want to do it, i'll wager the pieces will be better finished and your skill much improved for taking a step away.

you will either realize that "it's the hobby for me" or "glad I gave it a second chance, but i'm ready to move on" in short time.

maybe try golf or bowling next?
