There are a lot of different dates out there for the sequel to Company of Heroes. The new Soviet-front focused RTS was suppose to be released this month but has been pushed back.
Some online retailers like WalMart have the new date all the way back to October of 2013, where as others like Target have it showing up at the end of March. Who to believe? Well originally the game would have been released by THQ, but their subsequent bankruptcy has thrown a wrench into the works. In January it was announced that Sega acquired Relic Entertainment and all it's intellectual property including COH and WarHammer.

So apparently Target has the correct date and it is scheduled to be released on March 31, 2013. Let's hope that nothing pushes it back further. You know how lawyers can get.
